CNC Operator
Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire
Salary: Up to £50,000 p/a
Shift: Permanent Nights - 9:30pm to 6:00am
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join a growing advanced manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a precision engineering environment, producing high-quality components for cutting-edge industries.
Key Responsibilities of the CNC Operator
- Set up CNC machines, including tools, fixtures, and materials.
- Operate CNC machinery while maintaining tight machining tolerances.
- Carry out first-off inspections against engineering drawings.

Essential Requirements for the CNC Operator
- Experience within a fast-paced precision engineering environment.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable time keeping and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Hands-on approach with a willingness to learn new skills.
