CNC Programmer (Bespoke Manufacturing)
Exeter
£21 to £23ph (OTE up to £68,000) + Extensive optional Overtime + Benefits + Early Finish on a Friday
Are you a CNC Programmer with experience working on Mills and lathes, looking to join a well-established people first engineering company where you will be working on bespoke exciting projects in a role offering lots of overtime to increase your earnings?

In this role, the successful CNC Programmer will:
- Program, set and operate CNC machinery
- Interpret engineering drawings
- Carry out dimensional inspections
- Manufacture bespoke components to demanding tolerances while maintaining high standards of quality and safety

This role would suit a CNC Programmer or similar with experience operating mills and/or lathes looking for a varied position within a stable company with a well-equipped workshop who offer an early finish on a Friday.
The Role:
- Programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines and CNC lathes to manufacture precision components
- Monday to Thursday 7:00 till 16:00 and 7:00 till 13:00 on Fridays
- Overtime paid at 1.5 x, up to 15 optional hours available per week
The Person:
- CNC Programmer or similar background
- Experience working within a precision engineering or heavy engineering environment
- Ability to work on both one-off/bespoke components and production runs would be advantageous
