CNC Programmer (Progression To Manufacturing Engineer) £50,000 - £55,000 + MasterCAM Training + 4 Day Week + 33 Days Holiday + 8% Pension Johnstone
Are you a CNC programmer looking for an exciting and varied new role within a market-leading precision engineering company, offering excellent in-house training on MasterCAM, and rapid progression to become a fully-fledged Manufacturing Engineer?
Do you want to join a company recognised as a leading provider of precision solutions for oil and gas companies and the MOD, offering a 4-day week, 33 days holiday, and an 8% pension contribution?
In this role you will be responsible for optimising the productivity in this machine shop, by monitoring tooling performance to achieve KPIs. You will ensure processes adhere to ISO9001, complete programming tasks to ensure optimal performance, produce production schedules, and consider new tooling methods.
This company have been operating for over 4 decades and have become well established within the industry. They manufacture mainly for oil and gas giants, as well as the MoD and have been rapidly growing within the sector. They pride themselves on their high quality of precision Engineering.

The Role
- Optimising the productivity of the machine shop by monitoring tooling performance
- Ensure processes adhere to ISO9001
- Complete programming tasks to ensure optimal performance
- Produce production schedules and consider new tooling methods to increase efficiency
- Full training on MasterCAM
Mon-Thur, 7:45am to 5:30pm, 37 hours (4 Day Week). Will have to work 1 Friday per month
