CNC Setter / Operator
£36,000 - £38,000 plus employee benefits
Cardiff
(3 shift pattern)

We are currently recruiting for CNC Setter Operators to join an industry-leading engineering firm in Cardiff. This is a great opportunity to join as they begin to go through an impressive period of growth.

You will be responsible for machining parts to a high specification within specified tolerances.
Additional duties of the CNC Setter Operator:
- Ensuring that work is completed in a timely manner in line with the daily/weekly manufacturing schedule.
- Liaising with colleagues/other departments on a daily basis to make sure that parts are machined to plan and on time.
Main purpose of the role:
- Setting and running CNC machines to include Lathes and VMC machines
- Ensuring safety within the work area
- Meeting quality standards
- Liaising with other areas of the business as appropriate
- Operating other manual equipment
