Location: Darlaston Central Trading Estate, Darlaston, Wednesbury, WS10 8XB
Start Date: Immediate
Closing Date: 19 September 2026
Salary: Competitive
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently.
- Manufacture special fasteners and components to customer drawings and specifications.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Use appropriate measuring equipment to ensure components meet required tolerances.
- Carry out in-process quality checks and inspections.
- Make machine adjustments where necessary to maintain product quality.
- Operate multiple machines where required.
- Work closely with the production and quality teams to ensure jobs are completed correctly and on time.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Follow all company quality, health & safety and manufacturing procedures.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in CNC operating and setting is essential.
- Experience in the manufacture of special fasteners is highly desirable.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Confident using measuring and inspection equipment.
- Previous product inspection experience would be advantageous.
- Ability to operate more than one machine.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Organised, focused and able to work accurately.
- A motivated individual with a positive “can-do” attitude.
- A reliable team player who can also work independently.
