Location: Bridgnorth

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday (06:00 - 14:00)

Salary: Up to £18.87 per hour (approx £36.8k per annum), dependent on experience

About The Role

You will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of our machined products.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Data control, backing up of programs and creation of tooling sheets
  • Online CNC Program creation
  • CNC cutting tool selection
  • Assist with Fixture design
  • Setting and Operation of CNC machines for the prove out process of new products and for general production

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a CNC Setter / Programmer with Milling experience in 3-5 axis horizonal and vertical operating, setting and programming.


It Would Also Be Great If You Have

  • Experience with HAAS, MAZAK, MATSUURA or similar controls/machining centres.
  • Experience working with 3-5 axis milling machines
  • Knowledge or experience in identifying opportunities for process optimisation without compromising on quality or tolerances
  • Ability to travel to site
