AFT Fluorotec has been precision machining high-performance polymers since 1986. Our components go into aerospace, motorsport, hydrogen systems, and advanced manufacturing equipment worldwide. The work is technically demanding, the tolerances are tight, and the materials are anything but ordinary.
We are looking for an experienced Turner to join our production team on a permanent late shift.
Shift pattern
- Monday to Wednesday: 13:30 to 00:00
- Thursday: 13:30 to 23:00

The role
You will be operating CNC lathes to produce precision-turned components from technical polymers including PTFE, PEEK, and PCTFE. Working from engineering drawings, you will be responsible for your own set-ups, in-process inspection, and maintaining the quality standards our customers depend on.
What we are looking for
- Proven Mazak CNC lathe experience (essential)
- Ability to work confidently from engineering drawings
- Strong self-inspection habits and a quality-first mindset
- A methodical approach with genuine attention to detail
- Experience with other CNC turning equipment is welcome, though Mazak is the must-have.
