In this role, the successful CNC Turner/Programmer or similar will be responsible for:

- Coding and editing CNC programs alongside testing new programs to ensure they perform correctly.
- Setting, operating, troubleshooting and maintenance of said CNC machinery.
- Programming measuring machinery, supporting junior engineers with programming applications where applicable.
- Assisting in finding ways to improve the production machinery.
- Keeping accurate technical documentation of any projects worked.
The ideal CNC Turner/Programmer will:
- Come from a background within the manufacturing industry, specifically, the high accuracy, precision engineering sector or a related field.
- Have prior practical experience programming CNC machinery.
- Have the ability to read and understand CAD drawings, ideally, but not essentially, with prior experience using SolidWorks or a similar software.
- Have a working knowledge of a variety of metals, in this particular role, you will mainly work with titanium.
- Have strong organisational, communicational and analytical skills, with the ability to work well both as part of a team and autonomously.
The Role:
- Coding and editing CNC programs, alongside testing new programs.
- Setting, operating and turning said CNC Machinery.
- Keeping accurate technical documentation of any projects worked.
