CNC Turner (Programmin/Fanuc)

£40,000-£48,000 (OTE £50K) + Training + Retention Bonus + 4 Day weeks + Annual Bonus + 32 Days Holiday + 1.5x Overtime

Are you a CNC Programmer wanting to learn and grow in an independent company offering full Fanuc training and a 4-day working week?

You will join a team of 3 other programmers in a close-knit, well-established team in Dorset (Based in Poole) continually growing customer base, meaning you will have stability, and the support of a highly experienced team, with a real chance to make a change to the industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for programming, setting and operating CNC multi-axis lathes using Fanuc and Manual Guide systems, manufacturing precision components from a variety of materials, carrying out quality inspections, and managing multiple machines to ensure high-quality production from prototypes through to medium batch runs.
