Experienced CNC Turner Opportunity in Northampton
Are you an experienced CNC Turner looking for your next career step with a clear path to leadership? We are looking for a skilled professional to join our growing team in Northampton on a days-only schedule.
In this role, you will play a vital part in producing high-precision components primarily for the thriving aerospace industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Program, Set, and Operate: Take full ownership of turning processes from interpreting engineering drawings to final component delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all manufactured aerospace parts meet strict quality standards and tolerances.
- Continuous Improvement: Optimize machining strategies and cycle times.

What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience programming, setting, and operating CNC turning centers.
- Experience working on Mazak machines is highly advantageous.
- A strong background in machining high-integrity components for the aerospace sector (or similar regulated industries).
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ambition to grow.
