This is a fantastic opportunity for a CNC Turner / Setter / Operator to join an engineering company based in Milton Keynes that manufactures high precision CNC milled and turned components from solid and cast in a wide range of metals and plastics for a variety of industry sectors.
As CNC Turner / Setter / Operator, you will be working the late shift:
- Monday - Thursday: 14:00 - 22:00
- Friday: 13:00 - 20:00
What we're looking for in a CNC Turner / Setter / Operator:
- Experience in /Setting/Operating across MAZAK and Doosan CNC machine centres ideally within a fast-paced precision engineering environment.
- Knowledge of either Fanuc or Mazatrol controls.
- Good understanding of Engineering drawings and proficient in carrying out in-process dimensional and visual checks using the appropriate measuring equipment.
- Proficient in programming with live tooling.
- Experience in managing a wide range of metals and plastics.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently to deadlines.
- Ability to mind multiple machines if required.
- Confident in working with a degree of autonomy.

In return you will receive a salary of GBP 46,500 - GBP 50,000 per annum (GBP 23 - GBP 25 per hour).
