CNC Setter / Operator (Night Shift)
We are currently recruiting for a CNC Setter / Operator to join a well-established precision engineering company based in Havant. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC machinist looking to work with advanced Citizen CNC machines in a modern manufacturing environment.
The Role
- Setting and operating multi-axis CNC machines
- Producing high-quality precision components
- Making tool offsets and tool changes
- Reading and working from engineering drawings
- Carrying out quality inspections using measuring equipment
- Maintaining production efficiency and quality standards

Machines
- Citizen MIYANO BNE-65MYY Multi-Axis Turning Centre
- Citizen M532 VIII LFV Sliding Head CNC Machine
Full training will be provided on the specific machines.
What We're Looking For
- Previous CNC Setter / Operator experience
- Experience with CNC turning, lathes, or sliding head machines
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Experience using measuring equipment such as micrometers and verniers
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Experience with Citizen machinery
- Knowledge of Fanuc controls
- Multi-axis machining experience
- Precision engineering background
