CNC Turning Team Leader
Location: Woking
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Bonus + Overtime + Holidays + Pension + Progression + Benefits
Are you an experienced CNC Turner or CNC Team Leader looking to join a market-leading manufacturing business where you can lead a skilled machining team while remaining hands-on with cutting-edge CNC technology?

This company specialise in precision engineering, advanced manufacturing and innovative technology solutions, supplying customers across a wide range of industries on a global basis. Due to continued growth they are now looking for a CNC Turning Team Leader to join their Machine Shop team.
In this role you will be responsible for leading a team of CNC machinists, setters and operators whilst supporting production, programming and continuous improvement activities. Working closely with Quality, Production Engineering and Maintenance, you will ensure components are manufactured safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

This is an ideal role for someone with a strong CNC Turning and manufacturing background looking to join a company who will invest in your future development and progression.
The Role
- Leading and developing a team of CNC Turners, Setters and Operators to achieve production targets
- Supporting CNC programming, setting and machining of precision components using Mazatrol controls
- Coordinating production schedules, machine utilisation and departmental performance
- Driving continuous improvement, quality standards and process optimisation across the machine shop
- Working closely with Engineering, Quality and Production teams on new and existing manufacturing projects

The Person
- Experience within CNC Turning, Programming and Setting in a manufacturing environment
- Previous experience leading or supervising a machining or production team
- Strong knowledge of Mazatrol controls and CNC machining processes
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Looking for training, development and long-term career progression
