About Thrivea:

Thrivea is building the AI-powered People OS for modern organizations. We bring hiring, onboarding, employee management, performance, and everyday People Operations into one connected system. AI assistants, an AI service desk, and automated workflows help employees get work done through Slack, Microsoft Teams, or their preferred AI assistant - without switching between tools. Beyond productivity, Thrivea helps organizations adopt AI with confidence. Our built-in AI governance provides visibility and control over the AI tools used across the workforce, including ownership, access, usage, cost, and risk. We're a small, ambitious team building the infrastructure for how people and AI will work together inside organizations. If you're excited about shaping the future of work and creating products that thousands of teams rely on every day, we'd love to hear from you.

A voluntary Co-Designer Partner role for Senior People Leaders

Thrivea is building an AI-powered People OS designed to lead the shift in how organizations manage people and work - not simply follow it. We’re inviting a select group of senior People practitioners to help shape it, bringing the experience and judgment needed to ensure AI works in the realities of organizations. This is a remote, flexible, unpaid co-designer role requiring only a few hours each month. In return, you gain early access, direct product influence, professional visibility, and a front-row seat to building a new category.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

We are looking for:

Experienced People leaders, founders, product professionals and HR tech experts who understand how organizations and workplace technology really work. You do not need to be an AI expert - just curious, clear-minded, and willing to challenge ideas that do not survive contact with reality. This is a voluntary, unpaid co-designer role - not employment or consultancy. Participation and any public recognition will always be agreed with you in advance.
