NDTi is recruiting a Co-Executive Director, Growth, Partnerships and Delivery.

NDTi has spent almost 35 years helping people, organisations and systems make inclusion real. Our work is broad, our values run deep, and our strength is in joining up insight, people and action.

This is a senior shared leadership role for someone who can help us strengthen partnerships, income, profile and influence, while staying close to the people, practice, relationships and values that shape our work.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Our Co-Executive model is central to how NDTi works. This is neither a traditional Chief Executive role nor a deputy role. It is an opportunity to share responsibility for a values-led organisation where leadership is collaborative, relational and grounded in trust, challenge and collective strength.

We are looking for someone with senior leadership experience, strong judgement, and a deep understanding of the worlds NDTi works alongside, including social care, health, inclusion, rights, public systems, lived experience, community and system change. You will need to understand what needs to change, why it matters, and how to build trust with funders, commissioners, government and national networks while staying grounded in practice, delivery and people’s real lives.
