Description: Gathering Tables is a private dining club that brings together strangers from different nationalities and professional backgrounds around tables at exceptional restaurants. A little over a year since launch, grown entirely organically with no marketing budget: 650 members in London, 70 nationalities, editions held across six cities (London, Paris, New York, Dublin, Lyon, Marseille).
Our conviction: hospitality deserves to welcome its guests with the same care it puts into its plates, and in an increasingly individualistic world, there's real room for formats that bring people back to the table - genuinely.

I'm the founder of Gathering Tables and I remain in charge of partnerships, network, and relationships with chefs and restaurants. I'm looking for a co-founder, based in London or Paris, to take ownership of the financial, marketing and structural side of the business, and help me grow it beyond what one person can carry alone.
Key responsibilities:
- Structure and lead financial management (accounting, budgeting, pricing, profitability)
- Build and drive marketing strategy (acquisition, content, brand partnerships)
- Professionalize internal tools and processes (operations, membership, back-end)
- Take part in strategic decisions on brand development and geographic expansion, with a particular focus on the London market
What we're looking for:
- Genuine strength in finance and/or marketing, with a sharp sense of organization
- An open mind and curiosity for people, cultures and different backgrounds
- Kindness - people at the center of everything, non-negotiable
- Ambition and a real desire to build a company, not just support one
- An appetite for the restaurant, hospitality or lifestyle world is mandatory
