The platform focuses on making fashion creation accessible to people without traditional technical training or industry tools. By introducing the simplicity of “vibe coding” to fashion, Unelma lowers the barrier to creative expression for users of all backgrounds. The team is on a mission to transform millions of fashion consumers into fashion creators and to become the leading creative platform for fashion globally.
Role Description
As a Co-Founder at Unelma, you will help define and execute the company’s vision, strategy, and roadmap while working in close collaboration with the existing founding team. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Shaping the product experience with AI-driven fashion tools
- Validating user needs through continuous research and feedback loops
- Driving early growth initiatives across marketing, partnerships, and customer engagement
- Contributing to fundraising efforts, investor communications, and long-term business planning
- Supporting operational processes such as hiring, team culture, and performance tracking

This is a contract role and fully remote, offering flexibility in location while requiring a high level of ownership, proactive communication, and commitment to building Unelma from an early stage.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities to interpret data, validate hypotheses, and inform product and business decisions.
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members, engage with users and partners, and represent Unelma to external stakeholders.
- Sales skills to identify opportunities, nurture relationships, and convert interest into committed users, partners, or investors.
- Marketing skills to design and execute go-to-market strategies, grow brand awareness, and support community-building around fashion creators.
- Experience in startups, creative tech, fashion, or AI-driven products is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting, take initiative, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Background in business, product, design, or related fields is a plus, but equivalent practical experience and a strong entrepreneurial mindset are equally valued.
