Role Description
As a Co-Founder at GoogloomAds, you will be responsible for shaping the overall vision, strategy, and growth of the agency while actively participating in day-to-day operations. This full-time on-site role, based in the London Area, United Kingdom, involves leading client acquisition and retention efforts, developing performance-focused marketing strategies, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality campaigns. You will collaborate closely with other leadership and team members to refine service offerings, manage key client relationships, oversee financial and operational priorities, and guide brand positioning in the market.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, evaluate campaign performance, and make evidence-based decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build trust with clients and partners.
- Proven sales skills, including experience in lead generation, client pitching, negotiation, and closing deals in a B2B environment.
- Robust marketing expertise, particularly in digital marketing strategy, SEO/SEM, paid advertising, social media, and brand positioning.
- Solid research skills to understand market trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior, informing strategic and tactical decisions.
- Prior experience in a leadership or founder role within a marketing, advertising, or growth-focused organization is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, prioritize resources, and contribute to business planning and revenue forecasting.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment and willingness to take ownership and accountability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
