Company Description
Anchoris Pharma Limited is a director-led pharmaceutical consultancy focused on oncology drug development, regulatory strategy, and clinical data interpretation. The company provides bespoke, evidence-driven solutions, including MHRA/EMA dossier planning, competitive intelligence, and market-landscape mapping to help clients accelerate approvals and de-risk projects.
Under the leadership of founder and director Dr. Marjan Gholghasemi, PharmD, and co-founder and shareholder Ali Gholghasemi, Anchoris Pharma works closely with clients to maximize ROI through tailored strategic support. Each engagement is personally overseen by Dr. Gholghasemi at a transparent rate, supported by rigorous scientific expertise and a strong commitment to client collaboration and success.
Role Description
The Co-Founder role is a contract, remote position responsible for helping shape the strategic direction, growth, and operational priorities of Anchoris Pharma Limited. Day-to-day activities include:

- Collaborating on business development initiatives

The Co-Founder will participate in high-level decision-making on:
- Service offerings
- Partnership opportunities
- Market positioning
In addition, the role involves:
- Contributing to sales and marketing strategy
- Close collaboration with the Founder & Director on long-term planning, financial sustainability, and expansion into new geographies or service lines
- Representing the company in key client and stakeholder interactions
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret clinical, regulatory, and market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders in a clear, professional manner.
- Demonstrated sales capabilities, including experience in client outreach, relationship building, and closing consultancy or service-based engagements.
- Marketing skills, such as developing positioning, messaging, and basic go-to-market strategies for specialized pharmaceutical or healthcare services.
- Research skills relevant to oncology, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare markets, including literature review, competitive intelligence, and trend analysis.
- Proven experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare consulting sector, ideally with exposure to oncology and European regulatory frameworks (MHRA/EMA).
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfort with a director-led, boutique consultancy environment, and readiness to share responsibility for strategic risk and growth.
- Advanced degree in pharmacy, life sciences, medicine, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience in oncology drug development or regulatory strategy considered.
