FunzEventz® focuses on creating curated, engaging experiences that support children’s growth and enjoyment. The platform is designed for scalability and innovation, with strong potential for international expansion and strategic partnerships. Prospective team members will join an early-stage venture with opportunity to shape product, brand, and market direction.
Role Description The Co-Founder will play a key leadership role in defining the vision, strategy, and growth roadmap of FunzEventz®. This full-time remote position involves overseeing core business functions, including product direction, marketing initiatives, and partnership development.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:


Get help with your application

- Conducting market and customer research
- Validating product features
- Refining value propositions
- Engaging in sales outreach
- Building relationships with parents, schools, and activity providers
- Representing the brand at virtual events and networking opportunities
- Coordinating with designers and developers
- Managing budgets and metrics
- Driving operational excellence to support long-term scale
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment, storytelling, and clear written and verbal messaging.
- Sales experience, including lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and relationship management with partners and customers.
- Marketing expertise, especially in digital and growth marketing, to build brand awareness and drive user acquisition.
- Research skills to understand parent and child activity markets, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in startups or early-stage ventures, ideally in consumer or family-focused products.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, take initiative, and drive projects from concept to execution.
- Comfort with collaboration tools and basic familiarity with product and project management practices.
- Background in business, marketing, or related fields is beneficial; prior founder or leadership experience is a plus.
