Company Description

Runway Accountants is a founder-led firm of chartered accountants and business advisors serving clients across the UK. The firm is built on the belief that business owners need more than traditional accountancy, so every client works directly with a co-founder who has real experience building and growing businesses. Runway Accountants focuses on helping founders develop financial confidence to move forward, whether they are scaling toward an exit, securing funding, or making faster, better decisions. The team prioritizes forward-looking advice rather than simply reporting on the past, offering strategic support tailored to ambitious founders. Applicants will join a culture that thinks like founders and partners closely with clients on their growth journeys.

Role Description

The Co-Founder role is a full-time remote position responsible for helping lead and grow Runway Accountants. Day-to-day, this includes advising founder clients on financial strategy, interpreting financial data, and providing actionable insights to support scaling, funding, and decision-making. The Co-Founder will help shape service offerings, contribute to business development, and build relationships with prospective and existing clients. Responsibilities also include collaborating on marketing initiatives, refining internal processes, and supporting the overall strategic direction of the firm. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, the ability to work autonomously, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, forward-looking advisory services.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
