About SoulAura Health

SoulAura Health is an early-stage digital health and wellbeing platform developed by NanoX Tech Solutions Ltd.

We are building technology designed to make personalised mental health and wellbeing support more accessible, engaging and scalable.

The product is already under development, and we are progressing through the relevant clinical safety, data protection and digital health requirements. We are now moving into our next phase: commercial growth, healthcare partnerships and fundraising.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Co-Founder to help build and scale SoulAura alongside the existing founder, with a particular focus on growth, partnerships, commercial strategy and fundraising.

This is not a traditional employee role. We are looking for someone who wants genuine ownership, responsibility and long-term involvement in building a health-tech business.

Initially, the position will be part-time and equity-based, with the intention of transitioning into a full-time salaried leadership role once sufficient funding or sustainable commercial revenue has been secured.

What You’ll Lead

You will work closely with the founder to:

  • Shape and execute SoulAura’s commercial and go-to-market strategy
  • Develop NHS, healthcare and strategic partnerships
  • Build relationships with organisations, employers and potential enterprise customers
  • Lead business development and commercial opportunities
  • Support and help lead our planned £100k+ investment round
  • Develop relationships with angel investors, VCs, accelerators and health-tech investors
  • Contribute to investor pitches, financial strategy and fundraising materials
  • Identify grant and non-dilutive funding opportunities
  • Help shape pricing, revenue models and market positioning
  • Represent SoulAura with investors, partners and industry stakeholders
  • Participate in major strategic decisions as part of the founding team
  • Help develop SoulAura into a scalable and commercially sustainable digital health business

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Who We’re Looking For

We are particularly interested in people with experience in one or more of the following:

  • Digital Health / HealthTech
  • NHS or healthcare partnerships
  • Commercial strategy and business development
  • Startup fundraising
  • Angel / VC networks
  • Healthcare innovation
  • B2B or B2B2C healthcare sales
  • Strategic partnerships
  • Scaling early-stage companies

Previous founder, commercial leadership, business development, investment, healthcare or startup experience would be particularly relevant.

However, job titles are less important than having the entrepreneurial mindset, network, commercial judgement and commitment to build something from an early stage.

Founder Commitment & Compensation

This is currently a pre-funding co-founder opportunity and there is no fixed salary at the initial stage.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to receive meaningful equity participation relating specifically to the SoulAura venture, subject to the final legal structure, vesting arrangements, responsibilities and level of commitment.

This opportunity does not include equity ownership in NanoX Tech Solutions Ltd.

Our intention is to introduce an appropriate salary once SoulAura secures sufficient external investment or achieves sustainable commercial revenue.

Candidates with the ability and interest to invest alongside their operational involvement are welcome to discuss this, but financial investment is not a requirement for the right co-founder.

What We’re Really Looking For

We are not looking for someone who simply wants the title of Co-Founder.

We want someone who will:

  • Build with us.
  • Challenge us.
  • Open doors.
  • Take ownership.
  • Help raise capital.
  • Develop meaningful partnerships.
  • Help turn SoulAura into a scalable digital health company.

We are looking for someone who can make a meaningful and consistent contribution each week, with the ambition to transition into a full-time leadership position as the business grows.

How to Apply

If you are interested, please apply with your LinkedIn profile/CV and a short note covering:

  • Why SoulAura interests you
  • What you believe you could bring to the founding team
  • Your relevant health-tech, commercial, partnership or fundraising experience
  • Your current availability and expected level of commitment

We are particularly interested in speaking with people who can demonstrate how their experience, relationships or network could help accelerate SoulAura’s next stage of growth.

If you are excited by the opportunity to help shape a digital health venture from an early stage and believe you could materially contribute to SoulAura’s growth, we would love to hear from you.

Location: London / Hybrid
Commitment: Part-time initially, with meaningful weekly involvement
Future: Opportunity to transition into a full-time leadership role following funding or sustainable revenue
