About Fabric AI
Fabric AI is a UK-based artificial intelligence research and development company. Our mission is to make advanced intelligence efficient, accessible, and deployable everywhere. Our main goal is open collaboration and development, building a robust open-source ecosystem alongside highly tailored commercial products.
Our focus is on developing efficient models designed for complex reasoning, coding, and real-world agentic workflows. By ensuring our technology runs seamlessly on the computing infrastructure organizations already own, we empower businesses to deploy capable AI locally and privately.
This foundation allows us to deliver custom AI solutions and secure enterprise deployments that serve as direct, cost-effective alternatives to public cloud LLMs, specifically engineered for highly regulated industries like banking, healthcare, and education.
The core architecture, proprietary pipeline, and local infrastructure are fully built. Now, we are bringing on a Commercial Co-Founder to drive our Go-To-Market motion and close our first enterprise pilots.
The Role & Mandate
As the Co-Founder & Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will be the "Hustler" to the founder’s "Hacker." You will take complete, end-to-end ownership of Fabric AI’s commercial engine, revenue generation, and customer acquisition.
Your primary objective over the next 6 months is to secure 3 to 5 paid enterprise pilots, establishing the revenue traction required to close our upcoming SEIS pre-seed funding round alongside the CEO.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Pipeline Generation: Proactively hunt, prospect, and navigate complex enterprise sales cycles within target sectors (UK/EU banking, healthcare, and higher education).
- Deal Execution: Engage C-level decision-makers (CISOs, CIOs, Heads of AI/IT Procurement), pass security/vendor risk audits, and negotiate custom deployment contracts and SLAs.
- Co-Leading Pre-Seed Fundraising: Partner directly with the Founder & CEO to pitch UK VCs and angel investors for our SEIS round.
- Commercial Strategy: Define contract pricing models (on-premise licensing, fine-tuning fees, and token API rates), go-to-market channels, and enterprise support frameworks.
- Playbook Development: Build the initial founder-led sales motion into a repeatable, scalable Go-To-Market playbook that you will eventually use to scale a full enterprise sales team.
Who You Are
- Location Requirement: You must live in London, UK. We are building this together in the trenches, and in-person collaboration for founder sprints and local client meetings is a strict requirement.
- Educational Background: You hold a related BSc degree (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or similar).
- Experience & Trajectory: You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B enterprise sales, SaaS, or tech business development. You might be early in your career, but you possess the raw business acumen, polish, and drive to punch above your weight class and step into a C-level co-founder role.
- The Hunter Mindset: You don't wait for inbound leads. You are ready to actively prospect, cold-call, and navigate procurement cycles with IT/Security leaders in financial services, healthcare, or government.
- 0-to-1 Builder Mentality: You don't just want to manage a sales pipeline—you are ready to write custom pitch decks, run discovery calls, and do the unglamorous heavy lifting required at the pre-seed stage.
- Risk Tolerance & Entrepreneurial Drive: You want true co-founder status, significant company ownership (15%), and the massive upside of building a high-value enterprise AI company from the ground up, recognizing the zero-salary reality until our funding round closes.
