Co-Founder Opportunity

Company Description

ReboHire is an emerging recruitment technology company building an AI-powered recruitment and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) designed to make hiring more efficient, accessible, and data-driven.

The platform is being developed to support the recruitment journey from job posting and candidate discovery to application management, screening, matching, and hiring.

ReboHire is initially focused on the Nigerian market, with ambitions to expand across Africa and other international markets. We are looking for an entrepreneurial co-founder who wants to help build and scale the company from an early stage.

Role Description

The Co-Founder will work closely with the Founder/CEO to drive ReboHire's growth, strategy, product development, and market expansion.

This is a remote opportunity and candidates may be based in Nigeria, the UK, the USA, or Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Defining and executing business and growth strategies.
  • Developing customer acquisition and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Building relationships with employers, recruiters, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Contributing to product and ATS development and strategy.
  • Conducting market and competitive research.
  • Developing scalable sales, marketing, and operational processes.
  • Establishing and tracking key growth metrics.
  • Supporting fundraising and investor engagement.
  • Helping build the founding team as the company grows.
  • Taking ownership of key business challenges and initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Join ReboHire at an early stage and influence its direction.
  • Take ownership of a major area of the business.

  • Receive an agreed founding equity stake, based on role, experience, commitment, and mutually agreed vesting terms.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is prepared to build, execute, experiment, and take responsibility in an early-stage environment. Someone interested in building ReboHire as a long-term venture rather than simply holding a co-founder title. Candidates may be based in Nigeria, the UK, USA, or Canada. What matters most is the value, expertise, commitment, and network they can bring to the company.

How to Apply

Please send your CV/Resume and brief introduction outlining:

  • Your current availability and level of commitment.

Shortlisted candidates will have an initial discussion with the Founder/CEO and Managing Partner, followed by further conversations and a potential working period before any formal co-founder arrangement is concluded.
