Company Description

The AI Integrity Group focuses on helping organizations build and implement robust AI governance frameworks for emerging regulatory environments, with a particular emphasis on 2026 and beyond. The group provides practical guidance on compliance strategies and risk management techniques to protect enterprise AI initiatives from regulatory pitfalls and shadow AI risks. It breaks down the essential components of effective AI governance, including policy design, oversight structures, and operational controls. The AI Integrity Group also supports organizations in navigating the complex landscape of the EU AI Act and in turning strong compliance practices into a competitive advantage.

Role Description

As a Co-Founder at The AI Integrity Group, you will play a central role in shaping the organization’s strategic direction, services, and partnerships in the AI governance space. This part-time, remote role involves defining and refining the value proposition, contributing to thought leadership content, and guiding the development of frameworks, briefings, and tools for clients. You will engage with prospective partners and clients, help build relationships with key stakeholders in industry and policy, and contribute to marketing and outreach initiatives. Day-to-day activities may include conducting market and regulatory research, refining messaging, supporting sales conversations, and collaborating on product or service design. You will work closely with fellow founders to establish operational processes, set priorities, and support sustainable growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
