Role Description

The Co-Founder roles via Strategic Alchemy® are location agnostic, but currently, we are based in the UK/London/Tunbridge Wells and ideally, you can meet monthly or more during the initial stages—location flexibility over time.

These roles involve jointly shaping a company’s vision, business strategy, and growth roadmap, including identifying new markets, services, and partnership opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients and prospects, refining service offerings, overseeing marketing and sales initiatives, and guiding key operational decisions.

The Co-Founders will collaborate on financial planning, resource allocation, and team development, while actively representing the brand at events, networking opportunities, and strategic meetings. This position requires a hands-on approach to building the business, with shared accountability for results and long-term success.

Qualifications

Do you have some of...

  • Strong strategic thinking, business planning, and decision-making skills to guide company direction and growth.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and nurturing professional relationships, partnerships, and networks.
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or entrepreneurship, ideally in consulting, professional services, or related fields.
  • Ability to design and implement growth strategies, including market positioning, go-to-market plans, and revenue generation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Comfort working in an early-stage or scaling environment, with a willingness to take ownership and adapt as the business evolves.
  • Experience with basic financial management, budgeting, and performance tracking to support data-driven decisions.
  • Relevant academic background (e.g., business, marketing, strategy, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
