Co-Founder — Vantry Homes
Remote (Global) · Equity only · Full-time commitment
The short version
Vantry Homes is an AI-powered property intelligence platform for UK home sellers. We give people the data their estate agent already has — what their home is actually worth, why it's worth it, and what the market is doing — before they walk into a single conversation.
We have a live product, real data infrastructure, and a clear path to market. What we don't have yet is the right person to build this company alongside.
That's what this is.
What we need
A co-founder who can build the commercial operation around what we've created.
That means:
- Customer acquisition
- Go-to-market strategy
- Partnerships
- Fundraising conversations
- Hiring the engineering team
- Being the second voice in the room when it matters
Someone who thinks in systems and has done this — or something close to it — before.
You don't need to be able to code. You need to be able to hire people who can, manage them well, and understand enough about what we're building to make good decisions alongside an engineering team.
You are likely a fit if you have:
- A degree in a relevant discipline — real estate, finance, business, economics, technology, or similar
- Meaningful real estate experience — agency, proptech, property investment, surveying, mortgage, or anything that gives you genuine fluency in how the UK property market works
- Commercial instincts — you've sold something, built something, or grown something and you know what that grind actually feels like
- Startup experience — either as a founder or an early employee at a company that moved fast and figured things out without a rulebook. A plus, not a requirement, but it matters
- The ability to be a co-founder — which means equity over salary, discomfort over stability, and a long time horizon. We are pre-external revenue and pre-funding. We are building something real with a clear commercial model and a credible path to YC

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No corporate structure. No committees. No waiting for someone else's permission. Just two people building something that should exist.
