⭕️Please read carefully before applying. ⭕️

Jagat Viha Group Ltd (JVG) is currently at ground zero and pre-seed stage. The business concept and strategy are in place, but we currently have no external funding or revenue.

We are looking for a genuine hospitality focused entrepreneurial Co Founder & CCO who wants to join from the beginning and help build the commercial side of JVG from zero.

Our immediate priority is market validation. The initial objective will be to use your hospitality experience and network to approach restaurants, pubs, hotels and venues, build relationships with decision makers and secure signed LOIs and pilot partnerships.

Following validation and funding, the CCO will take a leading role in planning the pilot rollout, restaurant acquisition, customer acquisition, sales, marketing, partnerships, brand building and expansion into new markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Secure hospitality partnerships and signed LOIs
  • Build relationships with owners, operators and senior decision makers
  • Develop the sales and customer acquisition strategy
  • Plan and lead the commercial rollout of pilots
  • Develop restaurant and customer acquisition channels
  • Build strategic partnerships
  • Lead marketing and brand building from the ground up
  • Identify new markets and expansion opportunities
  • Develop the go-to-market and commercial growth strategy
  • Support fundraising and investor relationships
  • Take independent ownership of commercial challenges and find practical solutions

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
