Co Founder & COO | Jagat Viha Group Ltd (JVG)

Jagat Viha Group Ltd (JVG) is developing an innovative, mobile first hospitality technology platform, with an initial launch planned for London.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Co Founder & COO to join our founding team and take ownership of business development, hospitality partnerships, commercial strategy, rollout planning, and operational execution.

This is a founder level opportunity for someone who wants to help build a business from the ground up, not a conventional 9 to 5 COO role.

What we are looking for

  • Strong UK hospitality network across restaurants, pubs, hotels, groups, and operators
  • Proven business development and partnership building experience
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build from the ground up
  • Confident approaching owners, senior decision makers, and head offices independently
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship building skills
  • Startup, technology, SaaS, or digital transformation experience is desirable
  • Fundraising or investor experience would be an advantage
  • Someone who brings ideas, creates opportunities, and finds practical solutions independently

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Immediate priorities

Our initial focus is to establish strong hospitality validation and pilot partnerships.

The successful candidate will take ownership of developing the commercial and rollout strategy, identifying suitable markets and partnerships, building relationships with hospitality groups and decision makers, and creating a practical plan for how the business can expand following the initial launch.

LOIs and pilot partnerships will form part of this process, but the role goes beyond simply securing LOIs. We are looking for someone who can think commercially about how to take the business from initial launch to wider adoption and growth.

We need someone who creates opportunities, finds solutions, and takes ownership rather than waiting for tasks to be assigned.

Compensation

This is an equity-based Co Founder opportunity with a meaningful equity share based on experience, contribution, and agreed responsibilities.

As the company is currently at the pre-seed stage, there is no conventional fixed salary at present. A founder stipend can be considered on a milestone basis, reviewed at 90-day intervals, and subject to the company's funding position and agreed contribution.

  • Experience or readiness to work in a startup environment.
  • Strong commercial and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Able to contribute meaningful time, ideas, and energy.
  • Possesses a clear and practical approach to progressing complex tasks independently.

We are open to different levels of seniority, experience, and professional backgrounds. What matters most is entrepreneurial ability, commercial thinking, relevant networks, and the willingness to take genuine ownership of the role.
