We’ve built a comprehensive, modular Net Zero Operating Platform

Designed to solve the hardest problems in corporate decarbonization—from carbon metrics and Scope 3 supplier/employee engagement to energy efficiency tracking.

The product is built, tested, and moving into early-stage customer onboarding. Now, we need a commercially minded Co-Founder & Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead our commercial strategy, build our revenue engine, and drive market capture.

Responsibilities

As a Co-Founder, you’ll take full ownership of our commercial go-to-market strategy. You will:

  • Drive Revenue: Lead B2B enterprise sales, build our sales pipeline, and close early-adopter accounts.
  • Build the GTM Strategy: Craft clear product positioning, pricing models, and acquisition channels.
  • Form Strategic Partnerships: Identify and execute partnerships across corporate sustainability networks, ESG advisors, and industry groups.
  • Shape Strategy: Direct long-term growth, investor readiness, and commercial vision alongside the founding team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
