Job Title: Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Officer (SI/AI Infrastructure)

Location: [UK / Remote]

Employment Type: Executive / Co-Founder (Part-Time or Full-Time)

Compensation: Significant Co-Founder Equity Stake / Pre-Funding Revenue Share

We are an early-stage startup seeking a passionate Co-Founder. We have a clear vision for growth but today this role is strictly compensation via significant equity and/or revenue share. There is no base salary at this stage but later that should change. Standard market compensation and benefits will be triggered upon securing our seed round or hitting key revenue milestones.

Why Join Us? (What We Bring to the Table)

Building an SI/AI startup requires deep technical credibility and market validation. You won't be starting from scratch—you’ll be partnering with a proven technical founder to commercialize a robust AI engine:

  • Deep AI & Technical Expertise: Led by a founder with doctoral-level research in Reinforcement Learning, experience in RAG models, python, APIs, and cloud infrastructure, plus a history in NLP and financial optimization, and a lot work done with Hugging Face models, GPUs, SGLang, Caching.
  • Vetted & Accelerated: Graduated through AI Forge (incubator) for a related project in AI and Fintech (selected top 12 out of 460 startups), providing a validated base and a warm network of investor connections ready for when we launch.
  • Current Testing Verticals: We are currently validating and testing our Inference-as-a-Service model across specific high-value sectors, including LawTech, HRTech, and TravelTech (while remaining agile to expand based on market pull).
  • Flexibility: We are flexible about specifics in a market which is quick as the current AI sectors are today.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Our Vision

We want to add real value in a very quick sector. Many clients today face challenges with high costs and complex integrations. This is one of the sectors we intend to improve. The emerging inference-as-a-service models allow cost reductions, increased privacy, and increased ownership (essential in sectors such as Lawtech). Also in critical sectors such as medTech, the privacy aspects outweigh costs and this also points to local/owned processing vs a simple API integration.

What We Are Looking For in a Co-Founder

We seek a commercially-minded marketing co-founder who understands the fast-moving AI landscape and can own the go-to-market strategy end-to-end.

Key Requirements & Skills:

  • AI Landscape Awareness: Significant knowledge of current AI trends, client demands, and emerging trends.
  • Go-To-Market Execution: Hands-on experience driving user acquisition using tools like HubSpot, running targeted campaigns across LinkedIn, X.com, and Facebook, and building cold email/outreach pipelines.
  • Network & Domain Access: Existing contacts across tech media, domain experts, or B2B SaaS buyer networks is a massive plus.
  • Strategic Growth: Ability to leverage commercial LLM tools (Claude, GPT, Gemini) to research market gaps, analyze competitor positioning, and streamline lead generation workflows; and brainstorming.
