Co-Founder, Commercial & Brand Partnerships

Curb Network | London preferred, open to UK/Europe | Equity-based

About us

We are an early-stage company building a new category in out of home advertising: digital screens fitted to boxes and bags carried by delivery riders on bikes, e-bikes, mopeds and motorcycles, turning every rider into a moving advertising screen rather than a fixed billboard. A working prototype has already been built and self-funded by the founding team, alongside deep market and feasibility research into the UK out of home industry.

We are also developing a self-serve platform where any business, from a local shop to a global brand, can upload an advert, have it automatically reviewed for safety in minutes, and have it live on a rider's screen straight after. The platform is being built to work globally from day one, so a business in one country will be able to launch a campaign in a completely different city or country and be live within minutes, not tied to a single local market the way most out of home advertising is today.

This is not an unproven category. A well-funded competitor already operates a comparable scooter-based advertising network in London with established brand clients, which confirms genuine advertiser demand for this format. The opportunity we are pursuing is broader: covering the full range of delivery vehicles, including bikes and e-bikes, which make up the majority of riders and are not served by existing scooter-only operators, and building the self-serve, global software layer that does not yet exist anywhere in this industry. Digital out of home advertising is a genuinely growing market, forecast to reach $39 billion globally by 2030, with UK out of home revenue up 15% year on year in the most recent quarter, and recent industry research shows out of home advertising outperforming both TV and digital on purchase intent.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

About the role

The founding team currently covers product strategy and research, software engineering, technical project management and mechanical engineering. What the team does not yet have is someone with a genuine commercial network inside advertising, out of home, digital out of home, or media agencies.

We are looking for a co-founder who has spent significant time working in advertising, OOH, DOOH or media agency environments, and who has real, existing relationships with the people who make brand and agency buying decisions. This person should be comfortable initiating and closing conversations directly with decision makers, rather than relying on cold outreach, and should be able to genuinely evaluate this opportunity as a long-term category, not just a short-term client list.

London is preferred so the founding team can work closely together in person, though candidates based elsewhere in the UK or Europe will be considered for the right fit.

Compensation

This is a co-founder position rather than a salaried role. Compensation is primarily structured as founding equity, with the exact split to be agreed based on what each person contributes once mutual fit is established. For candidates who prefer not to take equity, alternative arrangements can be discussed, including commission on brand and agency partnerships brought on board.
