Co-Founder / Commercial & Strategic Partner
NEXUS Mental Performance is looking for an exceptional Co-Founder / Commercial & Strategic Partner to help build the next stage of the company alongside its founder.
About NEXUS
NEXUS is a Mental Performance company operating within professional and elite sport. We have developed our own methodology and performance environment and have built experience supporting athletes competing at the highest levels of professional sport, including elite tennis.
The Opportunity
We have reached a point where the opportunity is bigger than what one founder should build alone. The next challenge is distribution, partnerships, and scale.
We are looking for someone who brings deep commercial experience, strong relationships within the international sports industry, and the ability to turn those relationships into meaningful partnerships and long-term distribution.

Responsibilities
You should be someone who can:
- Build and lead strategic partnerships
- Open doors at senior decision-making level
- Develop scalable distribution opportunities
- Turn conversations into commercial relationships
- Help shape the long-term commercial strategy of NEXUS
- Contribute to building the company, team, and international presence
- Think like an owner, not simply execute a job description
We are particularly interested in people who have already built meaningful relationships across the international sports ecosystem and who understand how businesses in professional sport actually grow.

The Role
We are looking for someone who, if the fit is right on both sides, could become deeply involved in building NEXUS over the long term.
Structure
The initial structure is flexible. Any long-term role, compensation structure, or potential participation in the business would be discussed individually and would depend on mutual fit, commitment, and contribution.
We are trying to find the right person to help build NEXUS.
