About Dander
Dander is focused on making everyday movement more motivating by turning walking goals into practical, real-world rewards. We encourage people to step up their daily activity by linking their steps to benefits they can redeem locally. By partnering with independent businesses, we help users discover and support nearby merchants—making local spending more intentional and community-centered. You will be joining an early-stage venture that sits at the exciting intersection of wellness, local commerce, and digital product innovation.
The Role
We are looking for a Co-founder who can be the unapologetic face of Dander. You will take ownership of our brand narrative, lead our social media presence (with a heavy focus on TikTok and Instagram), and spearhead business development.
As a founding team member, you won't just be executing tasks; you’ll be shaping our overall strategy. You will bridge the gap between our users and our partners by creating compelling content that inspires people to move, while simultaneously onboarding the local businesses that make our rewards possible.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
