Role Description
The Co-founder & Content Creator will help shape Dander’s brand voice and growth strategy while producing compelling content across digital channels. This part-time, remote role involves planning and creating written, visual, and short-form video content that explains the product, highlights local businesses, and engages the community. As a co-founder, the person in this role will contribute to product, marketing, and partnership decisions, helping guide Dander’s direction as the company grows.

- Strong Communication skills, including clear writing, storytelling, and the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and channels.
- Analytical Skills and Research abilities to understand user behaviour, evaluate content performance, and identify relevant local and market trends.
- Sales and Marketing skills to craft persuasive messages, support partnership outreach, and help drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Proficiency with digital content tools (e.g., social media platforms, basic design or video tools) and comfort working in a startup environment.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage part-time hours effectively, and collaborate asynchronously with other co-founders.
- Interest in movement, habit-building, local businesses, or community-focused products; prior startup or entrepreneurial experience is a plus.
