About us
Clarior Futura Ltd owns R2O Rent2Own®, a homeownership model that gives households a structured, affordable route to owning their home. R2O acquires homes at a discount, from housebuilders and developers (including section 106 provision) and from existing stock. It then places Future Owners on a Term of 5 to 10 years. At the end of the Term, our 10% Purchase Contribution Guarantee means a Future Owner needs no more than a 90% mortgage to buy their home. The model works across private and social housing, and we manage the process end to end.
The role
We're looking for a co-founder to join our leadership team as we move from build to launch. You'll lead a function that matches your strengths, such as commercial, property acquisition or operations, and help take R2O to market across the UK. You must be the one who can raise or bring capital.

- Build partnerships with housebuilders, developers, housing associations, local authorities and lenders
- Open doors to property capital partners and institutional relationships, working with our CEO and CFO on funding strategy
- Represent R2O with industry, government and media stakeholders
- Shape the company's growth as a member of the leadership team
What you bring
- Senior experience in UK real estate or a closely related field: development, housing, property finance, lending, asset management, surveying or conveyancing
- A strong UK network in property, housing or property finance, and the ability to turn senior conversations into partnerships
- A positive, hands-on founder mindset and comfort with an early-stage company
- The right to work in the UK

What we offer

- A part-time, remote (UK) start, moving to full-time and hybrid as the business grows
