Co-Founder - Operations, Product & Growth @ GridRail
I’m building GridRail to help private credit funds run their operations with less manual work, clearer information and greater confidence in their numbers.
Fund teams manage complex investments while coordinating accounting, reporting and relationships with investors and service providers. Too much of that work depends on fragmented information, repeated checks and manual coordination. Our ambition is to make the day-to-day running of a fund simpler and more reliable.
I’ve already built a working MVP and am working closely with a design partner who is using the product and helping shape its development. I’m looking for a co-founder to help turn that foundation into a growing business.
This is a full-time co-founder role working alongside GridRail’s founder and CEO, with ownership across operations, product and commercial development. You’ll play a central role in shaping the product, building customer relationships and growing the company.
The role would include:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
