Co-Founder / Founding Technical Executive — Diama®
Movarekhi Diama® Group Limited
Remote | Periodic London meetings | Equity-based founding opportunity
Opportunity Summary
Diama is being built around a clear thesis: the next generation of companies will operate with dramatically less manual coordination.
At Movarekhi Diama Group Limited, we are developing an intelligent operating layer designed to help businesses automate, coordinate and increasingly execute day-to-day operations autonomously — enabling founders and executives to focus on strategy, innovation, capital allocation, relationships and the decisions where human judgement creates the greatest value.
Rather than building another isolated automation tool, we are developing infrastructure that connects workflows, data, decision-making and execution across an organisation.
The product is already in development. We are now looking for an exceptional Co-Founder / Founding Technical Executive to help build, refine and implement Diama from the ground up.
The Role
You will work directly with the Founder & CEO and future founding executives across both technical execution and company-building. This is not a narrowly defined engineering role.
You will be expected to think as a creative builder, product leader, technologist and startup executive — capable of moving between strategic decisions and hands-on implementation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and developing core product architecture.
- Building scalable backend and frontend infrastructure.
- Designing APIs, integrations and automation systems.
- Evaluating and implementing AI-enabled workflows.
- Contributing directly to product and engineering strategy.
- Building with security, privacy and data governance in mind.
- Rapidly prototyping, testing and improving new concepts.
- Identifying technical risks before they become operational problems.
We are currently targeting an intensive initial product-development and implementation phase of approximately six weeks, subject to refinement as development progresses.
The objective is to move quickly from product development into implementation, customer validation and commercialisation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone with an unusually high level of ambition. You should be comfortable operating where the answer has not already been defined, and capable of turning difficult problems into clear, high-level execution. Strong fundamentals matter more to us than familiarity with one specific technology stack.
Ideally, you will have:
- Strong software architecture and application-development fundamentals.
- The ability to reason across backend and frontend systems.
- Knowledge of APIs, databases, integrations and scalable infrastructure.
- Strong awareness of cybersecurity principles.
- An understanding of privacy, data governance and enterprise compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- The ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Evidence of building, experimenting with or taking ownership of technically difficult projects.
- The ability to make strong decisions with incomplete information.
- A genuine interest in building a company rather than simply occupying a position.
- A foundation in Java is a plus.
We value demonstrated ability more than conventional credentials. You should be prepared to explain what you have built, how you think, what makes your approach distinctive and why you believe you can operate at founding-team level.
You must be 18 years old or older and able to participate in periodic in-person meetings in London where required. You must have the right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
How We Work
Seed-stage work requires commitment, adaptability and discipline.
We value intelligent prioritisation, fast execution and sustainable high performance.
The objective is not to work the longest hours. It is to make each hour produce disproportionately valuable results.
You should be comfortable with uncertainty, changing priorities and making decisions before every variable is known.
What This Opportunity Offers
You will have the opportunity to:

Get help with your application
Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
- Build a technology company from an early stage.
- Shape the architecture of an ambitious new product.
- Influence product and commercial strategy.
- Build systems from first principles.
- Participate in high-level company decisions.
- Work with an internationally oriented team.
- Help recruit and eventually lead future technical teams.
- Acquire meaningful ownership in something you helped create.
Compensation & Equity
This is an early-stage founding opportunity, rather than a conventional salaried vacancy at its current stage.
Selected founding-team members are intended to participate through an appropriately structured equity arrangement. Responsibilities, vesting, legal status and economic terms will be discussed during the selection process.
As Diama progresses through implementation, commercialisation and future revenue or financing milestones, the intention is to establish formal paid executive positions where commercially and legally appropriate.
This opportunity is best suited to someone who genuinely wants to help build a company, not simply join one.
Selection
Expect to discuss:
- Something difficult you have built.
- Technical and architectural decisions you have made.
- How you approach unfamiliar problems.
- How you balance speed with engineering quality.
- How you think about scalability, security, compliance and reliability.
- How you respond when an original assumption proves wrong.
- What you believe the future of autonomous business operations could look like.
We are looking for exceptional talent — a person who challenges assumptions, is creative, tests ideas quickly, and turns complex problems into tangible results in a third of the time it would take most.
If you want to help build an ambitious product and company from an early stage, we would like to hear from you.
