UNITED KINGDOM CO-FOUNDER - LONDON
(Only for UK citizens based in London)
Role Overview
Rise and Fame is looking for an ambitious, commercially driven UK Co-Founder based in London to help build our presence in one of the world's most influential markets.
We are developing the next generation of customer engagement for fashion, luxury, beauty, retail, lifestyle, and sustainability brands, combining AI, blockchain, digital identity, memberships, loyalty, exclusive experiences, and token-powered communities.
Our vision is to help premium brands turn customers into engaged communities and long-term brand advocates.
This is not a traditional sales, marketing, or business development role. We are looking for a builder - someone who wants to open doors, create strategic relationships, develop opportunities, shape market strategy, and have meaningful influence over the company's future.
The Opportunity
As UK Co-Founder - London, you will take ownership of developing Rise and Fame's commercial presence in London and, over time, the wider UK market.
You will work directly with the founding team to identify opportunities, build relationships, develop partnerships, create commercial momentum, and help shape our UK strategy.
Your role will sit at the intersection of:
- Business Development
- Partnerships
- Strategy
- Networking
- Technology
- Entrepreneurship
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute our London market-entry and go-to-market strategy.
- Identify opportunities with leading fashion, luxury, beauty, retail, lifestyle, technology, and premium consumer brands.
- Build relationships with CEOs, CMOs, founders, innovation leaders, digital executives, brand directors, investors, and senior decision-makers.
- Build and manage a high-quality commercial pipeline through LinkedIn, direct outreach, introductions, partnerships, events, and your network.
- Represent Rise and Fame at relevant fashion, luxury, technology, Web3, business, and investor events.
- Develop strategic partnerships that can accelerate customer acquisition and market expansion.
- Build relationships across London's entrepreneurial, investment, technology, fashion, luxury, and media ecosystems.
- Support investor introductions, fundraising conversations, and the development of our UK investor network.
- Work with the founding team to refine positioning, product, pricing, partnerships, commercial strategy, and growth plans.
- Help establish Rise and Fame as an innovative voice in the future of premium customer engagement.
In short: your job is to create momentum.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
