Company Description
Utello is a creator marketing agency helping brands connect with the right creators and turn creator partnerships into measurable business results. We work with companies across SaaS, AI, consumer technology, mobile apps and other fast-growing categories to plan, source and execute creator campaigns.
The goal is to build Utello into a global creator marketing company combining services, tech, data and creator intelligence.
I've built Utello from the ground up and now I'm looking for an ambitious, highly resourceful person to join me as a co-founder and help scale the company globally.
I'm looking for someone who wants genuine ownership, wants to build rather than simply execute, and is excited by the opportunity to help shape what Utello becomes over the next 5–10 years.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.
See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
I'm primarily focused on sales, major client relationships, company strategy and the broader direction of Utello.
Your job is to help make sure we're consistently creating enough high-quality opportunities for the business to grow.
Who I’m looking for
The ideal person has already built a customer acquisition channel, growth function or business before.
You can show me what you built, what you tried, what worked, what failed and what the results were.
I'm much more interested in evidence of execution than impressive job titles.
Experience selling or marketing to SaaS, AI, technology or consumer brands is a plus, but not a requirement.
What you'll be joining
I've already built the foundation of Utello from scratch.
The company has generated revenue, worked with paying brands and developed real experience in creator marketing. We're not starting with an idea and a pitch deck.

Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
You'll be joining at a stage where there's still enormous room to shape the company. You'll work directly with me as the founder, have significant influence over the company's direction, and have the opportunity to build something from an early stage rather than joining after everything has already been decided.
Compensation
This is not a conventional salaried position initially.
The structure would be designed around long-term ownership and performance, potentially including equity and revenue-based compensation for business directly generated.
Equity would be subject to a vesting structure and would reflect the level of long-term contribution to the company.
If you're an ambitious builder who wants to help turn an early-stage company into something global, I'd love to hear from you.
Send me a message with a little about yourself, what you've built, and why you think you could help Utello grow.
Please don't send me a generic CV. Tell me what you've actually built and the results you've produced.
