Build a Specialist Recruitment Agency, Not Just Another Recruitment Desk
BrandHire is looking for an experienced recruiter who wants to build and own a business, not simply work for one.
Founded by an experienced marketing leader, BrandHire exists to solve a problem many recruitment agencies overlook: understanding marketing talent. Rather than relying on CV keywords alone, BrandHire is built on the belief that marketers should be assessed by someone who genuinely understands marketing.
We're now looking for a recruitment co-founder to complement that expertise with proven recruitment, business development, and client acquisition experience.
This is a significant, long-term decision for both of us. If you're looking for a salaried recruitment role, this probably isn't the right opportunity. If you're looking to build a specialist recruitment business from the ground up, we'd love to hear from you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
