Co-Founder & Head of Sales and Marketing
Remote, UK | Founding equity partnership | One appointment
Have you built a commercial function from nothing and turned an idea into growth? Can you earn the trust of people who question every claim and expect complete honesty?
The role
HeNRI is seeking a Co-Founder and Head of Sales and Marketing to build our commercial function.
Your first priority will be recruiting people living with Long COVID and ME/CFS into supplement efficacy trials through trusted communities. You will also shape product sales, participant retention and growth.
This is a co-founder opportunity, with a real voice in direction and decision-making from day one. This is not a salaried role at first. It suits someone ready to accept early-stage risk in return for meaningful ownership.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
