Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for a Co Founder & Investor at Summits Connect. The Co Founder & Investor will participate in strategic decision-making, help shape the company’s vision and growth roadmap, and provide guidance on event portfolios and new market opportunities.

  • Supporting fundraising or partnership discussions
  • Contributing to key commercial strategies

The role involves collaborating with existing founders on brand positioning, marketing direction, and sales initiatives, as well as offering insights based on industry research and market analysis. The Co Founder & Investor will also leverage professional networks to identify potential partners, sponsors, and speakers, while helping ensure sustainable, scalable growth for the platform.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to evaluate markets, business models, and growth opportunities.
  • Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with founders, partners, sponsors, and stakeholders across regions.
  • Proven Sales experience in building relationships, closing deals, and supporting sponsorship or partnership acquisition.
  • Solid Marketing expertise in positioning brands, shaping event value propositions, and supporting go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience as an investor, entrepreneur, or senior leader in events, media, technology, or related industries.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity and make sound decisions with limited supervision.
  • Comfort with strategic risk-taking, long-term value creation, and collaboration in a fast-evolving global environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
