Co-Founder - Legal Tech
We are looking for a Legal Tech specialist to join us as a Co-Founder on Reakt, an early-stage fintech product.
We already have a functioning product with a small number of clients using the platform while we work closely with them to validate and refine it. Right now, we’re knee-deep in improving the automation at the core of the platform and working through some genuinely interesting legal, financial and workflow problems.
The founders meet early (between 8.30am - 10am) for an hour every week in central London to work through the roadmap, product, fundraising and the key decisions needed to keep moving quickly. We’re also in the early stages of conversations with VCs, looking to raise £1m–£1.5m.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
We fully understand that the right person will probably already have a demanding job. Both current founders are building Reakt alongside our full-time roles, committing roughly 10 to 15 hours a week (sometimes more given the urge that we are creating something unique). We’d expect something similar initially. Once funded, our intention is to move full-time and give Reakt 100% of our attention and commitment in return for salary.
This isn’t a salaried role at this stage. It’s an equity-based Co-Founder opportunity for someone who wants to help shape the company from the beginning.
I’m particularly interested in someone with deep experience across legal tech, private markets, financial transactions, deal workflows, contracts, compliance or document automation.

I’m not looking for someone to advise from the sidelines. I’m looking for a partner who can bring real domain knowledge, challenge us, and help turn complicated legal and financial processes into something dramatically simpler.
