UK CO-FOUNDER - LONDON
(For candidates based in London, UK)
About the Role
Rise and Fame is looking for an ambitious, commercially minded UK Co-Founder based in London to help establish and grow our presence in the UK.
We are building the next generation of customer engagement for fashion, luxury, beauty, retail, lifestyle, and sustainability brands, combining AI, blockchain, digital identity, memberships, loyalty, exclusive experiences, and token-powered communities.
Our ambition is to help premium brands build deeper relationships with their customers - transforming audiences into communities, advocates, and long-term value.
This is not a conventional sales or business development position.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial partner who wants to build alongside the founding team, open doors, create strategic relationships, develop commercial opportunities, and help shape Rise and Fame's UK growth.
Responsibilities
As UK Co-Founder - London, you will take responsibility for developing our presence in London and helping build the wider UK market.
Your role sits at the intersection of:
- Commercial Growth
- Strategic Partnerships
- Technology
- Networking
- Entrepreneurship
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the London market-entry and UK growth strategy.
- Identify opportunities with fashion, luxury, beauty, retail, lifestyle, technology, and premium consumer brands.
- Build relationships with CEOs, CMOs, founders, innovation leaders, digital executives, investors, and senior decision-makers.
- Create and manage a strong commercial pipeline through LinkedIn, direct outreach, introductions, events, partnerships, and your existing network.
- Represent Rise and Fame at relevant fashion, luxury, technology, Web3, business, and investor events across London and the UK.
- Develop partnerships that can accelerate customer acquisition, brand adoption, and market expansion.
- Build relationships across London's fashion, luxury, technology, investment, media, creative, and entrepreneurial ecosystems.
- Support investor introductions, fundraising conversations, and strategic opportunities.
- Work with the founding team to refine our positioning, proposition, pricing, partnerships, product, and commercial model.
- Help establish Rise and Fame as a credible voice in the future of premium customer engagement.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who combines commercial instinct with credibility, curiosity, relationships, and entrepreneurial ambition.
Essential
- Experience in fashion, luxury, beauty, retail, lifestyle, technology, media, or premium consumer brands.
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, partnerships, commercial strategy, lead generation, or account development.
- Strong ability to use LinkedIn and digital channels to create meaningful business conversations.
- Confidence engaging with senior executives, founders, investors, and decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, networking, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Genuine interest in AI, Web3, blockchain, digital identity, NFTs, loyalty, memberships, and emerging technology.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable with uncertainty, experimentation, rejection, and changing priorities.
- Based in London and able to attend relevant meetings, events, and networking opportunities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
