Devtash is an AI-focused software development company building modern digital products, AI solutions, business automation systems, and scalable software for businesses worldwide. We combine Artificial Intelligence, custom software development, UI/UX, business automation, digital marketing, and Zoho solutions to help businesses build, automate, and grow. We are now looking for a Co-Founder based in the United Kingdom to join us in building and scaling Devtash's presence in the UK and international markets.
About the Role
As a Co-Founder, you will play a key leadership role in shaping Devtash's business strategy, developing the UK market, building strategic partnerships, acquiring clients, and helping establish Devtash as a leading AI and software solutions company. This is not a traditional employment position. We are looking for someone who wants to build a company, take ownership, and grow alongside the business. You will work closely with the existing leadership and technical team to transform opportunities into long-term clients, partnerships, and new business ventures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Devtash's UK market expansion and business development strategy.
- Identify and build relationships with potential clients, strategic partners, investors, and technology companies.
- Generate and convert B2B opportunities across AI, software development, automation, and digital transformation.
- Develop strategic partnerships with UK businesses, agencies, technology providers, and enterprise organizations.
- Represent Devtash at business meetings, networking events, conferences, and industry events.
- Help define pricing, service offerings, market positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Identify new AI and software opportunities that can become scalable products or services.
- Build and manage a strong UK business network.
- Work with the technical team to understand client requirements and convert them into practical technology solutions.
- Contribute to Devtash's long-term vision, business model, and growth strategy.
- Help build a strong brand presence for Devtash across the UK and international markets.

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially driven individual who understands the UK technology market and wants to build something long-term. The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong experience in Business Development, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Technology, or Consulting.
- Good understanding of AI, SaaS, software development, automation, or digital transformation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Existing or the ability to develop a strong UK business network.
- Experience working with B2B clients and decision-makers.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and turn them into revenue.
- Strong strategic and commercial thinking.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
- Passion for AI and emerging technologies.
- Willingness to take risks, experiment, and build something from the ground up.
