About Datheos
Datheos is on a mission to redefine digital identity and data ownership. Built on decentralized infrastructure and blockchain technology, we empower individuals to take control of their personal data, monetize it ethically, and interact with organizations in a secure, privacy-first way. As regulations tighten and public awareness rises, Datheos is positioning itself at the forefront of the global movement toward digital sovereignty.
We’re looking for a visionary and hands-on Co-Founder to help shape the future of Datheos. This is a high-impact, equity-only role — ideal for someone who believes in privacy, Web3, and decentralized identity, and wants to build a category-defining startup from the ground up.
🔍 Who We’re Looking For
We’re open to co-founders with the following skill sets:
- Technical Lead (CTO profile): Full-stack or backend-heavy experience, ideally with blockchain (Solidity, Ethereum, IPFS, zk proofs).
Qualifications
Technical Expertise
- 8+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior or lead technical role.
- Proficiency in full-stack development (e.g., TypeScript/Node.js, Python, or Go) and modern front-end frameworks (React, Next.js, etc.).
- Deep understanding of blockchain architecture, with experience building or deploying on Ethereum or Layer 2 chains (Polygon, zkSync, etc.).
- Experience with smart contracts (Solidity), decentralized storage (IPFS, Filecoin), and zero-knowledge proofs (zk-SNARKs/zk-STARKs).
- Familiarity with Decentralized Identity (DID) protocols and frameworks (e.g., W3C Verifiable Credentials, SSI models).
- Understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and privacy-preserving authentication methods.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
