Founding Product Builder & Future CTO

Founder Equity | Remote (UK Only)

This isn't a job.

It's a chance to build something that matters. Society is changing faster than our children are being prepared for it. Artificial intelligence is redefining work. Human skills are becoming more valuable than ever. Young people are spending more time online than face-to-face. Critical thinking is being replaced by algorithms. Career pathways are becoming less predictable. Communities are becoming less connected. Yet we're still educating for a world that no longer exists.

If we know the future is changing and choose not to prepare young people for it, that's not an education problem. It's a leadership problem.

We refuse to sit back and watch.

That's why Tribe exists. Not to build another learning platform. To build an ecosystem of action that connects education, technology, employers, communities and families to prepare every young person for the Intelligence era.

We're creating the infrastructure that helps young people belong, balance technology with life, believe in their future and build the digital intelligence needed to thrive.

This isn't a pet project. It's a company with global ambition and a mission worth dedicating a career to.

Where we are today

  • We've already built the V1 platform.
  • Our curriculum is complete.
  • Lessons with real experts recorded.
  • Schools begin using Tribe this September.
  • Sponsors are already funding schools so children can access it free of charge.
  • We've secured Innovate UK funding.
  • We're building partnerships across education, business and government.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Now we need the technical co-founder who wants to help build what comes next. Because what exists today is only the beginning.

What we're building

Yes, we're building software. But software is only one piece.

We're building an ecosystem where:

  • Young people learn Digital Intelligence.
  • Schools gain the tools to prepare students for tomorrow.
  • Businesses invest directly in future talent.
  • Communities benefit through our Community Impact Fund.
  • Industry experts inspire the next generation.
  • Employers discover emerging talent.
  • Data helps shape better education and better policy.

Technology connects it all. That's what you'll be building.

Who we're looking for

  • Someone who builds and tests when everyone else is still planning.
  • Someone who takes responsibility instead of making excuses.
  • Someone who sees ambiguity as freedom, not a barrier.
  • Someone with the courage to challenge ideas, including the Founder.
  • Someone who wants to create something their children will one day be proud of.

You won't be handed specifications. You'll help define the future of the company.

What you'll own

From day one you'll help lead:

  • Product vision
  • Platform architecture
  • Engineering
  • User experience
  • Technical hiring
  • Product roadmap
  • Technology culture

Initially you'll be writing code. Over time you'll build and lead the engineering team as CTO.

Our standards

  • We believe in ownership.
  • We move quickly.
  • We test.
  • We learn.
  • We make decisions.
  • We finish what we start.
  • We debate openly.
  • We challenge each other.
  • We care deeply.
  • We don't carry passengers.

Everyone contributes. Everyone leads. Everyone is accountable.

We leave our ego at the door. If you're excited by building something from nothing, you'll probably feel at home here.

The opportunity

  • We're building for millions of young people.
  • We're building for global scale.
  • We're building a business capable of exceeding £100 million in annual revenue, not because of the number itself, but because that's the scale required to create lasting change.

This won't be easy. There will be setbacks. There will be difficult decisions. There will be days where everything breaks. If that excites you more than it scares you, keep reading.

What matters to us

  • Your GitHub matters more than your CV.
  • Your curiosity matters more than your qualifications.
  • Your resilience matters more than your job title.

Show us something you've built with obsession. Show us something you've broken and rebuilt. Show us something you're proud of. Most importantly, show us how you think.

If this resonates...

  • Don't send a generic CV.
  • Tell us why this mission matters to you.
  • Tell us what you've built.
  • Tell us what you think Tribe could become.

If you're looking to build a company that changes the future for millions of young people and leaves a legacy long after we're gone...we should talk.
