Co-Founder | B2B Sales & Business Development
EvolveCubed | Remote | Equity + Commission
Company Description
EvolveCubed helps leaders and organisations realise the potential of AI by developing the leadership and organisational capabilities needed to operate differently in an AI-enabled world.
Our work spans executive education, leadership development and advisory, including through Henley Business School. We have an established proposition, consulting capability and commercial infrastructure, and are building the business for growth.
Role Description
We are looking for a Sales Co-Founder to create and lead EvolveCubed’s B2B sales function from the ground up.
This is a consultative sales role requiring someone who can sell a proposition that challenges established thinking, engage senior decision-makers and turn client needs into commercial opportunities.
Initially, you will be hands-on, generating opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, existing relationships and warm introductions. You will lead the sales process from initial conversation through to negotiation and close, working with the founders to shape the proposition and win business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
The objective is to build a scalable sales function as quickly as commercially viable: generate revenue personally, establish a repeatable sales model, then recruit and lead the team that will drive the next stage of growth.
What you bring
- A strong track record in B2B consultative sales, winning new business and closing deals.
- Experience selling to senior decision-makers, ideally in professional services, consulting, executive education, leadership development or transformation.
- The ability to create demand, develop relationships and sell propositions where value must be established through conversation rather than a standard product pitch.
- Experience building or leading sales teams, with the ambition and capability to establish a function from scratch.
- Commercial judgement, entrepreneurial drive and a willingness to remain hands-on until the business can support a team.

Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
You don't need to be an AI specialist. You do need to be an accomplished salesperson who can combine personal sales performance with the leadership required to build a sales organisation.
The Opportunity
This is an early-stage, pre-revenue venture. There is no salary initially; compensation is through commission and equity, with genuine co-founder ownership for the right person.
You will work alongside the existing founders, complementing the proposition, consulting and commercial capabilities already in place.
The mandate: build the sales function, win the business, then build the team to scale it.
