VEKNAM is reshaping how the world builds and operates complex infrastructure. As a specialized digital engineering and VDC consultancy, we bridge the gap between design and physical delivery through LOD 400 MEP fabrication coordination, ISO 19650 information governance, and lifecycle asset data.
We are looking for a commercial powerhouse and visionary leader based in the UK to join as Co-Founder. In this high-impact role, you will take full ownership of our commercial engine—driving market strategy, securing high-value partnerships, and establishing VEKNAM as the global authority in data-driven construction.
What You’ll Drive
- Go-To-Market & Scale: Define winning expansion strategies across the UK, North America, Middle East, and Australia.
- Commercial Growth: Lead high-touch B2B sales, build key client relationships, and win complex enterprise contracts.
- Brand Leadership: Author compelling marketing and content initiatives that establish VEKNAM as an elite industry leader.
- Strategic Execution: Collaborate with technical founders, optimize operational models, and help steer capital allocation.

- Industry Authority: Strong footing in the UK AEC market with a solid understanding of BIM/VDC, ISO 19650, and digital project delivery.
- Dealmaker Track Record: Proven history of consultative B2B selling, relationship management, and driving high-margin revenue.
- Founder Mindset: Entrepreneurial grit, financial acumen, and the agility to navigate high-growth, early-stage environments.
- Global Collaboration: Outstanding executive communication skills and the self-direction to lead effectively in a remote-first model.
